Usually nothing will happen to your breasts. Most women who have had implants don’t have much breast tissue to start with, so nothing much changes. If you can breastfeed, then again, it is business as usual. The milk is perfectly safe if you have breast implants.
Fun fact, studies have shown that there’s actually less silicone in breast milk from women with implants than in infant formula. Just remember, about 40% of all women are not able to breastfeed, so you may not be able to breastfeed, which is independent of your surgery.
