If you’re referring specifically to your nipples, then no, they won’t change. But most people, when they ask this question are speaking about their areola, which is the pigmented tissue around the nipple. This is certainly reduced and made more symmetric as part of a breast reduction. Most women want their areola made smaller. At surgery, I set the diameter to around 38 millimeters which then stretches out to be about four or five centimeters.
